Along with ash and oak, beech is one of Europe's widespread hardwood species spreading from Norway to Spain. The strength properties of the wood in combination with a uniform structure with golden-white to reddish sapwood and red-brown grain pattern provide a light and classic floor.
The 2-Strip Board Hardwood Flooring is designed as a series of individually picked wooden strips, laid in a staggered pattern. Combining this pattern with all the unique strips gives a flooring full of personality and vibrance.
Variation grade is the unique name that Junckers has given to their rustic-grade products. It's characterised by a structural graining variation between the individual staves, hairline splits and medium-sized wood knots.

Each board is assembled from two rows of staves by a glued double dovetail construction. Each board is tongue and grooved on all four sides.
